Eileen recently served as the Senior Director of Engagement Management at Harvard Business Impact - Enterprise, where she led a global team of adult learning professionals who worked with corporate clients to implement initiatives to enhance leadership development and organizational transformation.
Eileen has a proven track record in leadership development, executive coaching, sales enablement and team building, with a strong background in psychological and personality assessments as well as learning and behavioral metrics. Her career spans over two decades, also including significant roles at Richardson Sales Performance and Caliper, where she excelled in consulting, measurement, and organizational development. Eileen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional.
